At Active Knees, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for a Refund

✅ You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
✅ Refunds are available for customers who are not fully satisfied with the program.
✅ If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content, a refund may not be eligible.
✅ Any promotional or discounted purchases may have specific refund conditions.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, simply send an email to kneesactive@gmail.com with the subject: “Refund Request” and include:

1️⃣ Full Name
2️⃣ Email used for purchase
3️⃣ Order Number
4️⃣ Reason for requesting a refund (Optional, but helps us improve!)

We will review your request within 3 business days and process eligible refunds as quickly as possible.

How Will the Refund Be Issued?

🔹 Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original card used, appearing on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
🔹 Stripe Payments: If you paid via Stripe, the refund will be issued directly through Stripe, following their standard processing time.
🔹 Bank Transfer (Zelle, PIX, or Other Methods): Refunds will be issued within 3 business days to the bank account provided.

  • We are unable to refund payments made through third-party resellers.
